EXPRESS
CFD Research holds a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a small business prime for the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program Technical Domain for non-R&D Engineering Services (NAICS 541330).
The EXPRESS program, managed by the Army Contracting Command-Redstone, successfully implements a cooperative environment to support Team Redstone’s mission with advisory and assistance services. Since 2005, over $12B has been awarded through the EXPRESS Technical Domain to support high-technology, high-quality, relevant, and responsive advisory and assistance services to US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), and Program Executive Offices for Aviation and Missile and Space. EXPRESS is a cornerstone contract vehicle that enables Team Redstone to acquire cost-effective support.

Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC)
CFD Research is a prime contractor for the Air Force Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC). The primary objective is to provide rapid response applicable to all areas and lifecycle phases of weapons development to include weapons concepts, concept development, concept demonstrations, weapons system procurement, production, fielding, operations, and sustainment to quickly meet current and future weapons system requirements.
EWAAC is a multi-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $46B ceiling and scope to provide Air Force customers with Science and Technology (S&T); Research and Development (R&D); Test and Evaluation (T&E); Integration / Assembly; Production and Fielding; Operations and Sustainment; Modernization; Prototyping; Experimentation; Studies, Demonstrations, Testing of prototypes; Hardware and Software modifications; Weapon Design; System Modeling; and Data mining/collection/analysis.

Test & Evaluation Technologies for Ranges, Armaments & Spectrum (TETRAS) II

Vertical Lift Technology Development (VLTD)
CFD Research is a small business prime contractor for the NASA Vertical Lift Technology Development (VLTD) program at Ames Research Center (ARC). This contract provides aeronautical engineering, research, and development for vertical lift technologies, including aeromechanics modeling and analysis, simulation facility hardware and software development, aircraft performance and flight control systems analysis and evaluation, and mission effectiveness analysis and management. Air traffic management development is also included to assess and integrate new operating procedures for efficiency and safety.
