CFD Research Joins MACH-TB 2.0 Team

CFD Research announced today that it has been selected to be a member of the team, led by Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: KTOS), awarded a five-year OTA contract for the Multi-Service Advanced Capability Hypersonic Test Bed (MACH-TB) 2.0 under Task Area 1. 

CFD Research to Develop Innovative Vestibular Rehabilitation System for Military Personnel

 CFD Research, a leader in advanced engineering solutions, has announced a new project to develop a groundbreaking vestibular rehabilitation system tailored for military personnel. Under a recently awarded $1.3M Defense Health Agency contract, the system, known as VestRX-MIL, will leverage innovative gamification techniques and machine learning to improve engagement, accuracy, and compliance with at-home exercises.conference room space, a second high-bay area, as well as meeting and storage areas. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on October 28, 2024, marking a major investment in the company’s engineering, testing capabilities, and continued growth.

CFD Research to Develop Warfighter Avatars for Personalized Performance Assessment and Simulation-Based Training

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) recently awarded CFD Research a contract to develop computer software for generating dynamic warfighter avatars with mission-relevant movements such as walking, running, crawling, and other military-relevant motions. This work will bring realistic motion capabilities to the static avatars currently used by the US Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) and provide a novel capability for assessing personalized responses to exercise, load, and extreme environments.
