HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Corporate Care Clinic

CFD Research partners with Huntsville Hospital to provide primary care services for employees, family members, and dependents. The clinic is not open to the general public and wait times are usually less than 5 minutes.

Medical Insurance

CFD Research offers traditional PPO and HDHP medical plans administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama and includes:

  • Coverage for certain preventive care services, such as annual physicals and maternity care, generally at little or no cost to the employee.
  • Coverage for physician benefits, surgery, and hospital care.
  • Prescription drug coverage.
  • Coverage for mental health and substance abuse services, generally at little or no cost to the employee.

Dental/ Vision

CFD Research offers Dental and Vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents through Guardian.
